HAPPY NEW YEAR OF THE TIGER from the Journal of Chinese Literature and Culture! Our heartfelt thanks to colleagues and friends for their kind support of JCLC in the past year! It is the eighth greeting card Dr. Wang Ziwei has designed for us. Four years from now, we will have a set of greeting cards complete with 12 Chinese zodiac animals. The tiger image on this card is from a Western Han ornamental eaves tile 瓦當 unearthed in the southern suburbs of Xi’an.
