HAPPY NEW YEAR OF THE RABBIT from the Journal of Chinese Literature and Culture! Our heartfelt thanks to colleagues and friends for their kind support of JCLC in the past year! It is the eighth greeting card Dr. Wang Ziwei has designed for us. Three years from now, we will have a set of greeting cards complete with 12 Chinese zodiac animals. The rabbit image in the foreground is from “Three Rabbits 三兔图” by Gong Jihui 龚吉绘 of the Qing dynasty. The circular rabbit image is from “Chrysanthemums, Bamboos, and Mountain Rabbits 菊竹山兔图” by the Ming painter Tao Cheng 陶成.
